This space has become less blog and more portfolio. Let’s face it, though I still spend countless hours in the kitchen, a lot of what goes on in there is not worth sharing. Plus, a lot of it is just boring repetition. This place is reserved for the good stuff!

And though I disappear for months on end, it’s not like I’m sitting on a beach somewhere, sipping coconut-based drinks (I wish.); more likely, I’m trying to perfect ‘classic’ vegan chocolate chip cookies for the 67th time, trying to figure out the utility of every pinch of baking soda.
