I did more baking than ever in 2008, and here are some of my happiest accomplishments!
- Making countless batches of cinnamon rolls, adapted from Cook’s Illustrated “Quick Cinnamon Buns” recipe.
- Mushroom ravioli, thanks to a recipe originating from Gluten Free Gobsmacked. Okay, these were cooked, not baked.


- Soft pretzels adapted from Better Batter.

- Pain au chocolat

All 4 things look unbelievable! I have added you to my blog reader because of the things I would love to be able to make, you just named the top four. I’ve made cinnamon rolls that were good, but if those are GF then you surely have me beat. Looking forward to seeing more of your recipes.
